恵比寿の「あいびき」と言うお店です
外観はこんな感じで、提灯に「豚料理」「あいびき」と書かれているし、外から見る限りは焼き鳥屋さんとか立ち飲み屋さん風なんですが、いつも外まで人であふれていて、女性も多かったりするので、ずっと気になっていたのです
中に入ってビックリ
フルーツ酢のお酒があったり、自家製サングリアがあったり、お料理のメニューも「アヒージョ」とスペアリブとか・・ヨーロッパ風
お通しは
自家製フォカッチャ
に自家製チーズや豚レバーのパテ付き
この自家製ソーセージがこのお店の自慢の一品
だそうです

だそうですなかなか味のあるお店でしたよ～
表の感じよりずいぶん中身は洋風なんですね。ソーセージ美味しそうですね。今、ソーセージのパリっとした皮が不足してるっていいますよね。 スーパーとかの普通の粗挽きウインナーの皮が、ちょっと変化してると思う。そしてスープの中で沈む気がする。
