今日はCafeミーティング

Cafeはプランナーさん、マスターさん、販社皆で作り上げているもの

「毎月楽しみに来て頂きたい

」

「来て下さった方に最高の満足を提供したい

」

「一人でも多くの方に来て頂きたい

」

そんなスタッフの想い

で運営しています

スタッフ一人一人意見を出し合うこのミーティングも毎月行っています

かよちゃんやまさみんはカフェが大好きでスタッフに・・・
そんな二人が今ではマスターとして、カフェを仕切って行く立場に・・

なんだか感慨深いですね～

今日も一生懸命の皆の顔を見ていたら

カフェも皆のアイデアや想いで、更に多くの方に喜んで頂けるように進化して行くのだろうな～と思いました

今となっては毎月開催のカフェですが、社長やチーフが一営さんだった頃、レンタルスペースを借りていただいて、備品をみんなで運搬したりして、そんなカフェが懐かしいです。今のカフェに長年かけて進化してきたんだなぁと。お友達も誘いやすいし、ありがたい環境だと思います。その環境に、心のこもったスタッフたちの力が加わって、素晴らしいカフェになりましたね。これからも意見出し合っていきましょうね。

カフェに来てくださるお客様にいつもニコニコ、楽しんでいただくためには、スタッフの団結や打ち合わせは不可欠ですね。来るのを楽しみにしていただけるのは嬉しいですね。

NOEVIRで『カフェ』という形が出来て約10年ですね(☆o☆) 本当に試行錯誤、皆で色んな形や経験を経て、今とても良いカフェに繋がってる様に思います(*^o^*)♪ マスターさんを中心に全員で力を合わせて、より良いカフェを目指して行きたいですp(^-^)q

１０年ですかぁ～！そう考えると深いですね～！もし、昔のカフェのビデオがあって、比べる事が出来たら、ものすごく進化していると思います！常に、より良いカフェである様に、努力の証なんでしょうね♪ 未来のカフェって、どんなでしょうね？ (^_-)-☆

10年と言えば！私がお客様でチーフのおうちカフェに初めて行ったのもちょうど 10年前ですよ！！まだ初々しいときです♪ あ～　あの頃の飯島さんは優しかった今、沢山のスタッフやお客様に支えられカフェ開催に至ると思うと進化させてもらってますねこれからもより良いカフェを目指して力を合わせていきたいと思います
