巨大な冬瓜
今日は３ヶ月ぶりにポーセリングに行ってきました
夏用に・・とグラスに絵を描いていたのですが
もうすっかり秋
それでも、「来年用に・・」と気持ちを切替え、涼しげなグラスに蝶々の絵を描いて来ました
適度な集中力が良いんですよね～
生徒さんが持って来てくださった冬瓜のお裾分けをして頂いたのですが・・
見た事の無い大きさにビックリ
形はリンゴ
そっくりで、大きさはスイカ・・と言った感じでした

すごい大きい冬瓜ですね。 買って食べたことはありませんが、冬瓜って、ポピュラーな野菜なんでしょうか？ 実家にいた時も、食べたことないかなぁ？ 西の方の野菜なのかなぁ。
