お正月料理 レシピ♪ NO1豚の角煮
豚の角煮
1. ニンニク5個を粒のまま薄皮をむく。
しょうが1かけは皮ごと薄切りしておく。
2. 鍋に豚ばら肉（120ｇ×8切れ）と1を入れ水2～3ｃｍかぶるぐらいま
で入れて煮立てあくを取る。火を弱めて90分ほど煮る。このまま1晩おき翌日固まった脂を取り除く。
3． 2に酒2カップ砂糖1/2カップを加えて90分煮る。
4． しょうゆ1/2カップ塩少々を加えてさらに20分～30分煮る。
みさこのワンポイント
このレシピどうりに何度か作っていると感覚がつかめますので
それからは、お好みの味付けに変えていくとご自身のオリジナル料理になれますよ！
冷凍保存もできますから、ばら肉がお安い時にまとめて作っておくと急なお客様の時にも
安心ですよ。（ばら肉は、なるべく国産をおすすめします。やわらかさや仕上がりが違い
ますよ。）
以前プロの方からもご依頼があって、、、まとめて8ｋｇ夜な夜な作ったこともありました。
見栄えのいい料理です！でも決して難しい料理ではありませんので是非来年のお正月の為に挑戦してみてくださいね
