またひとつ美味しいが生まれた。
日曜日オープンしたばかりの 恵那 “銀の森” 早速お昼から出かけてみた。
行きは雨というか、雷雨というか、岐阜地区の大雨洪水警報が解除されたらしいが
こんなお天気にきっと行く人は少ないだろうと思っていたが、意外や意外、レストランは名前を書いて席を取らなければならないほど・・・昨日の日曜日はさぞや混雑していただろう・・・
空気がきれいな、恵那山麓に 突如現れる こあかぬけした、何やら 私好みのたたずまいとガーデニング 感覚再生想像の瞬間 なかなか洒落ている
おそがけのランチで美味しい旬を味わい、煮込み用トマトソースを買って帰って早速このソースを使ってラタトゥーユを作ってみた。う～～ん美味
